"Serenity Now!"

 "Serenity Now!" yells George Constanza's dad. He exhibits these antics often when he feels overcome with stress or confronted by a contrary argumentative person or situation. This outburst helps propels him to a state of self-restraint. Everyone wants to experience steady moments of imperturbable reconciliation with their inner self and frequent bouts of cheer unifying them with the world. The preface to the metamorphosis, the deliberate traverse through the cobblestoned roadway to that state of unperturbed serenity lies on being and staying in that state here and now, letting go of life experiences that have in all sense elapsed, notwithstanding how they have shaped the now. Starting each day in quiet meditation, and simple contrite prayer tremendously paves the way to your feeling grounded and attaining that state of "Serenity Now".

Falling In Love With Yourself.

Per the Webster Dictionary, "Love" means  " to hold dear, to cherish".   We are told from the very beginning to love another. I believe it is absolutely the right attitude to have in life, however, so often we are not taught the act of loving and cherishing ourselves. Often we forget that we also matter.  For one to have the capacity to lavishly and heartedly receive and give love, one must have it already abundantly stored innately.  1. Falling in love with yourself starts with starting a regimen of self-care. Taking a me time to get to know yourself by enjoying the healthy things that make you happy.  Find your joy and make a habit of leisurely setting time to rest, relax, and take a deep breath.  2. Falling in love with yourself involves carefully guarding your heart, trusting but allowing healthy boundaries. Teaching others how to treat you. You matter too.  3. I believe in the Infinite Power of God. I believe that He is a waterfall of Peace. ...

Be encouraged ...

Be encouraged when you are going through difficult times.  Practicing gratitude, positive thinking and positive affirmation makes it easier to withstand hard times. Be in an environment that encourages positive feelings. Consider making happiness a lifetime goal. Writing down three things in your life that you are most grateful for every day is a daily reminder of the reasons to be grateful; It promotes feelings of optimism about the future.  Smile often and think happy thoughts, when you think happy things, you tend to be in a good mood. Do not give up easily, people who smile often, enjoy the little things in life. Be encouraged, nothing in life is static, it gets better.
